Dr. Bobo Lo is an independent international relations analyst and Associate Research Fellow with the Russia/NIS Center at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI). He is also affiliated with the Lowy Institute in Australia, and the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington. Formerly Deputy Head of Mission at the Australian Embassy in Moscow, Dr. Lo has written extensively on Russian foreign and security policy, with a focus on Sino-Russian relations. He has written several books, including A Wary Embrace: What the China-Russia Relationship Means for the World, and Russia and the New World Disorder.
